I wanted to become a teacher because I truly believe education is the most powerful way to change a child’s life.
The most beautiful part of teaching for me is seeing a child who once felt shy or weak slowly become confident. When a student who struggled finally understands a lesson and smiles with pride, that moment is priceless for me. It gives me strength and reminds me why I chose this profession.
This year, with the generous support of Tsering's Fund, we were able to change all the leaking classroom roofs. Now, the classrooms are much safer and more comfortable, and we are truly grateful for this support.
I feel blessed to guide these young minds, and I sincerely hope that through your support, we can create better opportunities for them.
