In rural Nepal, schools are struggling because they can’t afford to pay their teachers.

When teachers go unpaid, classrooms close, students fall behind, and opportunities disappear. For many children, this is their only access to education.

Without immediate support, these classrooms cannot stay open.

Tsering’s Fund is working to change that by supporting 6 teachers across 3 rural schools, reaching hundreds of students—but this depends entirely on donor support.

We must raise $20,000 each year to keep these teachers in the classroom.
